Blood Pressure & Medication Checks
Once a month Facilitators: student nurses from Dominican University Drop-in, Donations appreciated Bring all of your medications and supplements to find out how & when to take them, how to store them, side effects, or possible interactions with other drugs. Don’t miss this opportunity to prevent health problems by keeping your blood pressure and meds in check! A healthy snack will be provided!!!
Seniors’ Circle
Wednesdays, 10 to 11:30am Herman Clasen Board Room Fee: Free 415-456-9062 An open support group for independent older adults (men & women, 55+), who give each other the gift of listening. This is done in a caring environment, which encourages mutual sharing of experiences as seniors—the joys, concerns and wisdom.
Gentle Chiropractic Services

Food Bank
3rd Wednesday of the month, 9:30am to 12:30pm Provided by San Francisco Food Bank 415-456-9062 or Helplink@2-1-1 If you live in Marin, are 60 years old and your income is less than $1,180/month (or you have a child younger than 6 years old and your family does not participate in WIC), you may be eligible for the Supplemental Food Program. Food boxes include a variety of quality foods such as tuna, rice, cheese, pasta and peanut butter. Please bring an original form of ID, proof of income, and proof of residency.

Fridays, 1:30 to 3:30pm Jennifer Tripathy Board Room Fee: Free 415-499-6802, x2 ACASA is a program that utilizes the experience of hispanic decent older adult clients to help others who suffer from emotional challenges such as depression, loneliness, the loss of a loved one, etc. Clients provide confidential counseling and support to those in need in their native language.
Chair Massage
Mondays, 9am to 2pm Fee: $4 per 8-minutes First come-first served Masseur: Rabel K. Managahas 8-min massage consisting of the neck, shoulder, back, arms, and hands. Besides feeling great, there are many benefits of massage for older adults including: maintaining health and well-being, increasing circulation, reducing aches and pains, and more.
Manicures for Older Adults
