This class is created for older adults who have not been exercising regularly, or have arthritis related problems. It moves at a moderate, comfortable (yet progressively challenging) pace to meet individual needs. Chair exercises (to tone both upper and lower body muscles) will comprise a major portion of the class. Also includes joint flexibility, muscle strengthening, balance.
