Liza Cozad, Board Member, Novato Liza is an energetic businesswoman who has been able to successfully combine her professional life with her passion for helping older adults. Through her ownership of two Curves franchises (Mill Valley and Novato) and HomeWell Senior Care, which she started in 2008 to provide in home care for seniors in Marin and Sonoma Counties, Liza serves the senior population in a caring, efficient, and always empathetic manner. Prior to going into business, Liza practiced corporate law for 17 years and served as Executive Director of the Northern California Solar Energy Association, a nonprofit organization. “The reason I became a member of the Whistlestop Board of Directors is that their work is beautifully aligned with mine.
