What We Do
Now that Whistlestop is solely responsible for providing the “wheels” for Meals on Wheels, our drivers are on the road weekly, having vital face-to-face contact with vulnerable housebound older adults. Whistlestop Meals on Wheels:- Delivers fresh meals to 250 housebound adults three times each week
- Make home visits to each recipient up to three times per week
- Projects annual delivery of 71,000 meals
